Why is my budget an important factor when customizing jewelry?
The price range for diamonds is affected by size, clarity, and grade. We will work according to your budget to bring you the highest quality product for the right price.
What if I’m not sure that my chosen piece will suit me?
We know it can be overwhelming to make a final choice if you can't see and touch the piece of jewelry before you purchase it. Therefore, we offer a service where our team creates a silver sample of the piece you were considering. The final model will be sent for printing only when you are completely satisfied with your choice.
How can I be confident in the grade and quality of your diamonds?
We conform to renowned gemological verification standards and carefully select our diamonds in full transparency with the client.
What is your payment policy?
You pay half the full price upon ordering and complete the payment upon delivery.
I don’t have experience in buying diamonds or jewelry. Can I receive guidance to help me choose?
You will receive a free consultation with personalized and practical guidance to discuss all possibilities with peace of mind.
Am I getting value for my money?
As we source our diamonds directly from the Diamond Exchange, we bypass brokerage fees enabling more competitive consumer prices.
